七冠馬梅酒

「簸上清酒」位於島根縣，相傳於1700年代前半期（相當於江戶時代之「正德」時期）創立，其地理位置自古以來便是釀酒業興盛的地區，當同同一個町內就有五家釀酒廠。1996年，推出「七冠馬」品牌。該品牌源自於1980年代活躍於日本賽馬界的Symboli Rudolph。該系列產品使用901號酵母，以純米酒到純米吟釀為主，具有不干擾食物的美麗香氣，以及與料理相得益彰的清爽餘味。七冠馬採用出雲東寺之技術釀造，品質穩定，即使熱飲也不會乏味，味道濃郁。

"Haragami Sake" is located in Shimane Prefecture and is said to have been established in the first half of the 18th century (during the "Shotoku" period of the Edo era). The geographical location of the area has been prosperous for the sake brewing industry since ancient times, with five sake breweries in the same town. In 1996, they introduced the "Nanakonma" brand, which was inspired by Symboli Rudolph, a prominent figure in the Japanese horse racing world in the 1980s. The products in this series mainly use yeast No. 901 and focus on producing junmai-shu and junmai-ginjo, which have a beautiful aroma that doesn't overpower the food and a refreshing aftertaste that complements the cuisine. Nanakonma is brewed using the techniques of Izumo Higashidera, ensuring stable quality and a rich flavor even when consumed warm.
