    The main raw material of Kanjukujukuri pure rice wine is rice produced in Chiba Prefecture. Due to the relatively warm climate throughout the year in Chiba Prefecture and the nearby Tone River and Inba marsh water transportation, the unique geographical environment allows the local to produce high-quality rice. Kanjukujukuri Junmai Sake is the main wine in Chiba Prefecture. It is specially matched with seafood such as clams, horse mackerel, and sardines. The umami taste of the ingredients can enhance the aroma of the Junmaishu.
