This is a limited edition sake from Kankiku Brewery. The water for brewing is collected from the surroundings which contain minerals from Kujukuli Beach. The mineral provides a rich texture for the sake. On the palate, it has the fresh fruitiness and refreshing acidity of green apples. It is a great choice of summer chilling~
