寒菊60純米吟釀 Limited Edition 1.8L
The "Chiba Rice of Chiba" series of Hanju 60 Junmai Ginjo (raw wine) limited edition is brewed with Chiba rice as the name suggests. Chiba Prefecture is the largest rice producer in eastern Japan, and its rich minerals make the sake sweeter. It is brewed from Koshihikari (Koshihikari), which is highly regarded in Japan. It has a high luster, soft and moderately sticky and sweet characteristics when chewing. It adds a sweet and mellow taste to the sake.
In addition, the winemaker deliberately retains a small amount of dregs (さけかす) during the fermentation process to make this unfiltered raw wine light and light with a slightly carbonated mouth.
