Bisquit&Dubouche Cognac X.O.主要使用來自大香檳區和小香檳區的最優質的原酒來製作。Bisquit&Dubouche Cognac經歷了一個獨特而獨特的蒸餾過程。傳統的干邑蒸餾方法是依靠固定的參數，而我們則讓香氣和味道引領整個過程。我們的蒸餾師不斷地品味產品，直到他們感覺到時機成熟。然後，我們才將干邑的核心部分保留下來。

Our story goes back to 1819, when the paths of two visioners, Alexander Bisquit and Adrien Dubouché, have crossed. Those two French fearless entrepreneurs have started the cognac production, which has flourished for the last 200 years. 

Today, for true cognac lovers, we create luxury and authentic French cognac with a silky and sumptuous taste, Bisquit&Dubouche Cognac X.O. (Extra Old), closed in a distinctive metal & glass bottle.

Bisquit&Dubouche Cognac X.O. is crafted by using mainly the finest eux de vie from the grande and petite champagne crus.
 
Bisquit&Dubouche Cognac undergoes a really unique and distinctive distillation process. While the ordinary way to distill cognac is by relying on fixed parameters, we let aromas and flavors lead the process. Our distillers taste the product continuously until they sense that the time is right. Then, and only then, the heart of our cognac is cut. 

Bisquit&Dubouche Cognac X.O. is matured for at least 10 years in oak barrels to bring out its quality, beautiful color, and delightful aroma. After the last step, the blending, we obtain warm deep coppery amber color liquid distinguished by an incredibly rich and full-bodied flavor, but stunningly smooth. Enriched by aromatic notes of plum, gingerbread, and licorice, it is incredibly delightful. A strong bouquet of aromas expressed around a core of wood, then fruity notes of plum and cinnamon, makes it hard to forget.
