Winery Story:
"Clos des Marconnets" is a historic Premier Cru vineyard on the northern edge of Beaune’s 1er Cru appellation. Its name derives from the Marcomans, an ancient Germanic tribe. Domaine Chanson owns 40% of this site, crafting a structured, full-bodied Pinot Noir with whole cluster fermentation and extended aging in French oak. A superb value Burgundy 1er Cru with both power and elegance.

Aromas: Peony, violet, blackcurrant, blackberry, strawberry, raspberry, spice, vanilla, licorice.
