It has its own old vine vineyard on the best hillside of the medieval town of Bergheim in Alsace, and does not purchase grapes. Although the scale is large, we insist on organic planting and manual picking. Old vine Riesling has an excellent flavor and texture, with the main notes being citrus and white flowers.
