The iconic Bargemone bottle: a rich aromatic expression of citrus and fresh fruits, with a refreshing palate featuring hints of strawberry and white peach. Just like the rest of our Collection range, we select very specific parcels located near the Touloubre river to obtain grapes that have matured in a cool and temperate climate. We harvest at night, preserving the freshness of the berries. For our Collection Blanc wine, we allow the whole grapes to macerate in the press or in closed tanks (skin maceration) for a duration that we determine. Then, we cold-press the grapes and keep our juices at low temperatures for approximately 20 days. Vinified separately, the grape varieties are blended in December.
