Crémant is a sparkling wine made using traditional Champagne methods, but due to geographical restrictions, it cannot be labeled as Champagne. It has a fresh aroma with hints of pear and lemon, delicate bubbles, a refreshing taste, and a non-sweet finish that showcases charming ripe fruit notes.
 
Founded by Koji Nakada in 2000, Lou Dumont produces approximately 70 barrels (around 20,000 bottles) annually and is known for its handcrafted approach, focusing on the unique characteristics of each wine. The winery is featured in "The Drops of God" and has been recognized as the “Asian best cellar.”
 
Nakada, influenced by Henri Jayer, emphasizes respect for nature, expressing his beliefs on the label with the characters “Heaven, Earth, and Man.”
