House of Arras Blanc de Blancs is a medium straw colour with bright gold lustre. The nose has hints of brioche, jasmine flower, seaspray, and toasted almonds. The palace is complex and intense with great flavour and length. The palate has flavours of brioche, fresh oyster, nougat, and sauteed mushroom. This wine is exquisite with a beautiful balance of dosage, fine tannin, and natural acidity.
