If you’re not familiar with Irish mythology, the Ninth Wave is a giant wave that separates Earth from the ‘Otherworld’, a kind of invisible utopia off the Irish coast. So, the Hinch Distillery decided to name a gin after it with its Ninth Wave Gin! With nine botanicals, including lemon verbena, cardamom and orange peel, the gin is a tasty balance of aromatic spice and citrus, presented in a suitable wavy bottle.
 
Fragrant lemon curd, woody cinnamon and peppery juniper, with waxy citrus and a wave of cardamom on the finish.
