The rare “Sélection de Grains Nobles” (selection of noble berries) results from the selective hand-picking of each grape shriveled by noble rot known as botrytis cinerrea. It can only be produced in rare vintages.

Selection de Grains Nobles is produced from individually, hand-picked, thin-skinned Pinot Gris grapes affected by noble rot (botrytis cinerea). Fermented in stainless steel, with no malolactic fermentation and bottled at the estate the following Spring.
