本菱 純米大吟醸 720ml

本菱 純米大吟醸 is made by Yorozuya Brewery, a sake brewery in Fujigawa Town. This is a regional revitalization project, “Machiiku Project” to revitalize Fujigawa Town through brewing sake. This sake was brewed with the local sake rice, 玉栄, with a 50% of rice polishing ratio. Yuzhi is a precious sake rice due to less regional production. It gives a unique aroma with a crispy texture which is an easy-to-drink sake.
