Umeshu Sake, produced by Umeshu Brewery, is the first brewery to use sake to make fruit wine. Yuzu wine is their flagship product. Yuzu, carefully selected from the Shikoku and Kyushu regions, is known for its sourness, sweetness, fragrance, and freshness. The refreshing aroma and sweet-tart taste of yuzu, combined with the rich and mellow flavor of pure rice sake, accentuate the sweetness of the fruit.
